Every now and then, if you are lucky, you gaze upon something special and extraordinary and wonder "How is it that such an artist can convey so much through just a mere stroke of a brush?" Gazing upon a painting, sketch, or simple artistic rendering of Scott's leaves one feeling this way. It's as if the muses' gifts are his alone to convey to the viewer. Extraordinary work that is only produced by extraordinary aptitude, detail, devotion, and commitment to his subject.

Dear Scott, We did like your paintings allready but is great to see your site. Carlijn is very enthousiastic to see herself surrounded by all those other beautifull paintings. We hope we will meet soon again. with regards Jacques Hylkema

Hi Scott! I don't know if you remember me but I am working with your father on the "Human Physiology in Space" high school textbook. In fact, I remember when you came to the publisher to watch some of the crazy activity involved with the publication of our first book together. Well, your father gave me the address to your website and, I must say, this is BEAUTIFUL! Your parents are so proud of you and your family. Of course, they adore their little Eva, as well! I just wanted to leave a quick message to let you know how impressive this is and I send you my warm wishes for a beautiful holiday season! Take Care, Barbara

Scott, Charlotte and I are on Long Island visiting Pam and her family. I am able to reaf my e-mail while here so a few hours ago, I opened the e-mail and found your messages. My grandoughter Charlotte and I have been admiring your works. Charlotte questioned whether or not they were paintings. She said they looked like photos. They really are great. Some of them I have never seen before. When I get home, I will have to read all about you and how you do your work. Hope all is well in the Netherlands. We have had quite a shock here in the US with the Republican sweep of the elections. I have not had time to talk with your Dad over the results. Say hello to Eva and Marianna. Best regards, Gene & Big Charlotte
